Beth Baker is an employment-based immigration attorney with hands-on experience managing the nonimmigrant, immigrant, PERM labor certification and permanent residence process for large, multinational clients.

Her experience includes managing multiple batch PERM recruitment and filings, and advising and counseling Fortune 500 clients and start-ups in the IT, engineering, and architecture industries regarding H-1B and LCA compliance issues. She also has experience in L-1A, L-1B, I-140, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, AOS, O-1, TN, R-1, J-1, E-2 and B-1 petitions. She is experienced with internal personnel management responsibilities, corporate client onboarding and fee negotiations as well as consular processing and family-based immigration services such as I-130 filings.
