Jessica Paglia

Jessica Paglia is an associate lawyer in Miller Canfield's Labour and Employment Group. Jessica has experience with a wide range of issues including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining and collective agreements, employment contracts, workplace safety and insurance, human rights and accommodations, employment standards, wrongful dismissals, and related court litigation.

Jessica has experience on matters within the Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Board, and Ontario's Small Claims Court. Jessica also has experience with conducting third-party Workplace Investigation Reports. Jessica has provided training to clients on a variety of topics, including human rights and accommodations, health and safety, workplace harassment and violence, employment standards, WSIB audits, and unionized workplace standards.

In practice, Jessica provides legal services on employment and labour matters. Additionally, Jessica has experience working on expropriation disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, and other commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
