Cassandra Choi Nelson is a Staff Attorney with Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on warranty litigation and comprehensive discovery supervision. Cassandra's experience includes work in insurance defense with an emphasis on legal malpractice and corporate defense work for wide-scale, high profile national class actions. In addition to her work on general litigation matters, Cassandra includes all aspects of written discovery and motion practice, including e-discovery.
Cassandra is a native of Los Angeles and has been a member of the California Bar since 1997. She is a graduate of Brown University and University of California, College of Law - San Francisco. After an extended period raising her family, Cassandra is happy to have rejoined the professional workforce older but wiser.
