Served as part of a trial team that successfully obtained a $1.2 million jury verdict in the Western District of North Carolina on theories of trade dress infringement and unfair competition. Also served as part of a trial team that negotiated a favorable settlement for his client in patent infringement litigation in the Central District of California.
