Served as co-defense counsel for a gasification company in a Federal court action involving claims of breach of contract and fraud/negligent misrepresentation against four interstate gas pipeline companies.
Managed client's production of over 1,000,000 pages of discovery documents.
Managed the collection and review of discovery documents from five other parties.
Developed and maintained a discovery management system to review and code more than 10,000,000 pages of discovery documents.
