Morgan is an associate in Miller Canfield's Financial Institutions Group.
Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Morgan advised on consumer financial regulations in a high-volume lending environment as Corporate Counsel for a wholesale mortgage lender. She also has experience with commercial real estate transactions, immigration matters, and corporate compliance as an associate for various law firms across Michigan and Ohio.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, Morgan was President of the International Law Society and completed a certificate in international law, with distinction. She also holds a political science degree, magna cum laude, from Wayne State University.
