Miller Canfield Advises WorkForce Software on Majority Investment from Insight Venture Partners
The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that it served as legal advisor to WorkForce Software, LLC on the majority investment by New York-based Insight Venture Partners.
The Miller Canfield team, which was led by corporate and M&A principal Jeffrey L. LaBine (New York, NY and Ann Arbor, MI), included tax principal Gary R. Glenn (Troy, MI), employee benefits principal Kenneth J. Sachs (Troy, MI), employment and labor principal Richard W. Warren (Detroit, MI), and associates Margarita M. Escalante (Chicago, IL) and Amita Gopinath and Gurinder Singh (New York, NY).
