Lawyers weighed in on the U.S. Supreme Court's recent rulings that laid out standards for awarding attorneys' fees to prevailing parties in "unreasonable" patent infringement cases. Miller Canfield's Jeffrey M. Drake commented on why the high court's decisions matter.
