Kevin focuses his practice on trial and appellate advocacy across state and federal courts, with a strong emphasis on defending malpractice claims. He represents healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice and professional licensing matters statewide. His experience includes successfully defending physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals against allegations of birth trauma, delayed diagnoses of cancer, surgical complications, monitoring failures, and wrongful death.

Kevin also has extensive experience in municipal law litigation and appeals with a focus on constitutional and civil rights issues, including use of force, search and seizure, free speech, due process, equal protection, and claims of deliberate indifference to serious needs. He has also advised and defended municipalities in land use and zoning matters, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Open Meetings Act (OMA) disputes, and employment-related litigation.

In addition, Kevin advises clients regarding data privacy and cyber security issues including website terms of service and privacy notices.
