Samantha Galecki is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in complex business disputes in arbitration and state and federal courts throughout the country with an emphasis on the construction, energy, and manufacturing industries. 

Although Sam focuses her practice on construction litigation, product liability defense, and energy disputes, she maintains a broad commercial litigation practice. Sam has represented large and small companies in all phases of litigation on matters including contract disputes, class actions, mass tort litigation, fraud and misrepresentation claims, wrongful death actions, nuisance claims, and business torts. Sam was publicly recognized for her depth of experience in the energy industry when she was named one of DBusiness Magazine's Top Lawyers in energy law.
