Bill Warners is an associate in Miller Canfield’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He advises businesses and organizations facing complex commercial and employment-related disputes, helping them evaluate risk, identify strategic opportunities, and navigate litigation effectively. Known for his analytical approach, Bill uncovers key facts and legal authorities that help shape case strategy and position clients for successful outcomes.
Before joining Miller Canfield, Bill practiced at a large regional law firm, where he advised clients across a variety of industries and legal disciplines, including Department of Defense contracting, Foreign Agent Registration Act filings, corporate compliance, and general commercial litigation.
