Represented a foreign industrial manufacturer in the acquisition, negotiation and realization of its heavy crane manufacturing facility. Negotiated and procured all governmental permits, local government tax incentives and planning permissions in Special Economic Zone (the biggest foreign direct investment in Poland in 2009).
