Rupa Bandi is a staff attorney who focuses her practice in the area of intellectual property. She also assists with all phases of written discovery in warranty litigation, including matters involving OEM automotive manufacturers.
With a background in petroleum engineering, Rupa brings a strong technical foundation to the protection and advancement of clients’ innovations. Rupa assists clients in navigating the patent process, conducting prior art searches, and preparing patent applications across a range of technologies.
