Elizabeth ("Libby") Munoz-Smith is a labor and employment attorney with experience spanning federal courts, government agencies, and litigation.

She previously clerked for the Hon. Matthew F. Leitman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and has worked with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women, Public Justice’s Students’ Civil Rights Project, and the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic at Michigan Law. Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Michigan Law Review and received top honors in Civil Procedure.

Elizabeth is admitted to practice in Michigan and the Eastern District of Michigan.
