Reta Kouzy is a Senior Attorney in Miller Canfield’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She focuses on complex litigation and currently serves as national discovery counsel for OEM automotive manufacturers in warranty and product litigation, managing discovery across jurisdictions and coordinating large-scale litigation efforts. Her practice encompasses all facets of written discovery and motion practice in both state and federal courts nationwide, including e-discovery.

Reta brings a multidisciplinary background that combines litigation and business experience. Her experience includes new business formation, as well as regulatory and contractual matters, enabling her to approach disputes with a practical, solutions-driven perspective.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Reta worked on a wide range of complex matters, including product liability, medical, and tort litigation.
