Rebecca Noeske is a staff attorney in Miller Canfield’s Immigration Practice, where she primarily focuses on employment-based immigration matters.
Her experience includes preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for highly skilled individuals, including O-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-1A, and EB-1B categories. She also handles employment-based visas such as L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, and TN, as well as religious worker (R-1) visas, family-based green card applications, and naturalization petitions.
Before joining Miller Canfield, Rebecca served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bridget M. McCormack of the Michigan Supreme Court.
