Pauline Tohme is an associate in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She represents clients in a broad range of disputes and draws on extensive courtroom and advocacy experience gained through both public service and private practice.
Before joining Miller Canfield, Pauline served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, where she managed adult and juvenile court matters from pretrial proceedings through disposition. In that role, she first-chaired bench and jury trials, argued evidentiary hearings, and worked closely with law enforcement and government agencies.
Earlier in her career, Pauline gained additional litigation and advocacy experience through the Veterans Legal Clinic and the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, where she assisted with civil, criminal, and administrative law matters.
Drawing on her diverse litigation background, Pauline helps clients navigate complex disputes with a practical, results-oriented approach. Her experience managing matters from investigation and case development through trial preparation and resolution allows her to support clients at every stage of the litigation process.
