Nancy Khalife is a corporate associate at Miller Canfield’s Windsor office.

Nancy was first licensed to practice law in Beirut, Lebanon in 2015, and then called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. She began her legal career at an international business law firm in Beirut, where she worked with clients across the Middle East, the GCC, and Europe on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Nancy’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, supporting business and organizations at every stage of growth and across various industries. She assists her clients with drafting and reviewing agreements and asset and share purchase transactions, and advises clients on corporate structuring and governance matters.

Bringing a strong cross-border perspective, Nancy has experience supporting national and international clients on multi-jurisdictional matters. She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to deliver timely business-oriented advice.

Nancy earned her Law degree from the Lebanese University and completed her Canadian accreditation through the National Committee on Accreditation. She also holds a Master in Business Law from the Lebanese University, as well as an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
