Erin Dempsey supports attorneys in the preparation of real estate documents and conducts background research for transactional matters. She also works closely with litigation teams, assisting with pleadings, trial preparation, and overall case management. In addition to her role within the Real Estate Practice, Erin is frequently called upon to support trial technology, including creating presentation materials and managing exhibits in real time during hearings and trials.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Erin gained experience as both a legal assistant and paralegal at law firms focused on real estate litigation, probate, estate planning, and Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
