Eric H. Fishman

Eric is an associate in Miller Canfield’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. He focuses his practice on business and commercial contract disputes, general civil litigation and criminal defense.

Eric’s diverse professional background includes experience prior to law school, where he worked in development and acquisitions for a prominent Michigan-based commercial real estate company and held positions in the financial services sector.

Eric is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Business Law and was a student attorney in the Appeal and Post Conviction Advocacy Clinic. He earned his B.A. from Kalamazoo College, where he served as captain of the men’s basketball team.
