Employers navigating U.S. immigration requirements rely on Aaron to develop strategies for recruiting, retaining, and supporting international talent. Aaron advises businesses, institutions, and foreign national professionals on employment-based immigration, helping clients evaluate temporary work authorization, permanent residence, and citizenship options while addressing complex immigration and workforce-planning questions.
Aaron counsels employers and professionals across a range of industries on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B and TN status, Schedule A I-140 petitions, National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, adjustment of status, and other pathways to U.S. permanent residence and citizenship. His experience includes serving as immigration counsel to a large hospital system, where he provides guidance on complex immigration questions and workforce-related immigration planning.
Aaron also has significant experience advising employers on employment-based immigration programs and managing high-volume corporate accounts. His work has involved representation of a company identified as one of the top 25 H-1B filers in the United States.
Aaron analyzes individual circumstances, identifies practical immigration strategies, and explains complex legal requirements in clear, actionable terms. His experience includes managing high-volume caseloads, responding to complex immigration inquiries, and helping employers and foreign nationals understand evolving immigration requirements and opportunities.
Aaron is active in the immigration and international talent community. He has authored numerous articles on business immigration topics and delivered educational presentations for economic development organizations and international students.
