Miller Canfield Expands Trusts and Estates, Trustee Services Practice
Miller Canfield is pleased to announce the addition of two seasoned professionals, Shamra VanWagoner and Mary Marshall, CTFA, who have joined the firm's office in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
VanWagoner is an attorney whose practice focuses on trust administration services. For three decades, she has advised corporate trust groups and individual fiduciaries and represented diverse clientele on matters involving family foundations, estate and gift tax planning, real estate transactions, entity formations and probate.
Marshall is the firm's Manager of Trustee Services, responsible for overseeing the provisions of trustee services provided by Miller Canfield attorneys. She has served for more than two decades in the financial planning and trust services industry, including 10 years with Hillsdale County National Bank and as Vice President/Wealth Management Officer for Southern Michigan Bank & Trust.
VanWagoner and Marshall join the full-service law firm's Personal Services Group, which helps individuals, families and business owners—in the U.S. and abroad—in preserving assets with strategic estate, tax, wealth transfer, succession and retirement planning, as well as tax preparation, family law representation and charitable giving.
