Jeffrey Golds Joins Miller Canfield
Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Golds has joined the Firm's Corporate and Transactions Group in the Chicago office.
Golds was previously at EY in Chicago, where he was a manager of the firm’s National Tax Department. Prior to that, he was a manager at FGMK in Chicago. Golds’ other previous experience includes working as a tax associate for Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in Chicago and PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, and as assistant corporation counsel for the City of Chicago Law Department.
Golds has experience in state and federal tax credit issues, corporate formations and restructurings, complex real estate projects, and cross-border acquisitions and restructurings.
Golds is a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he earned his LLM in taxation, the University of Michigan Law School, and the University of California.
