March 30, 2012

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that it represented Malloy Incorporated of Ann Arbor, Mich. in connection with its consolidation with Edward Brothers, Inc. to form the sixth largest book manufacturer in the United States: Edwards Brothers Malloy, Inc.

The Malloy team was led by Miller Canfield corporate and M&A attorney Jeffrey L. “Edwards Brothers Malloy combines two book manufacturers into one print supply chain solution,” said Bill Upton, President of Malloy and Vice President of Operations for the consolidated entity. He noted that Edwards Brothers Malloy will have over 950 employees and will maintain its headquarters in Ann Arbor with eight sales offices located across the United States.
