Miller Canfield Lawyer Kelly Martorano Elected to Board of Directors of East Michigan Air and Waste Management Association
The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Kelly M. Martorano, an associate in the Troy, Mich. office, has been elected to the board of directors of the East Michigan Chapter of Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA).
At Miller Canfield, Martorano specializes in identifying, managing, and negotiating environmental issues and risks associated with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and real property transactions.
She received her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and her B.S. from Michigan State University.
The East Michigan Chapter of A&WMA’s mission is to promote a better understanding of the problems of air pollution control, waste management and related environmental concerns among governmental regulatory personnel, researchers, educators, representatives, of industry and the general public and to work toward resolution of these problems.
