Miller Canfield Attorney Honored by ABA Section of Litigation

The law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C. proudly announces that Todd A. Holleman, an associate in the Detroit office, will be honored in New York City on April 22 by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation as the Outstanding Subcommittee Chair for the Appellate Practice Committee.

At Miller Canfield, Holleman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He specializes in class action securities litigation and arbitration, broker/dealer litigation, equipment leasing and commercial contract disputes. He is a regular presenter at Miller Canfield’s Breakfast Before the Bell seminars for registered representatives.

In 2004, he was named one of five attorneys by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in its "Up and Coming Lawyers."

He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

He received his law degree, summa cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude in marketing, from Grand Valley State University.

He resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
