Miller Canfield Employment Law Seminar - September 19 in Saginaw

The law firm of Miller Canfield will host an Employment Law Seminar on Wednesday, September 19, 2007, from noon to 4:30 p.m. at the Four Points Hotel in Saginaw (4960 Towne Centre Road). The free, half-day seminar is designed for human resource professionals, corporate counsel, and business executives who need to stay ahead of the ever-changing labor and employment legal curve.

The Fair Labor Standards Act and Family Medical Leave Act will be discussed, as well as sexual harassment and retaliatory discharges. Practical presentations and handy reference materials will help attendees sort through the increasingly complex regulations and statutes governing employment, and teach them how to respond to questions and issued raised in the workplace.
