Miller Canfield Attorney Presents Labor Law Updates
Kurt N. Sherwood, a principal in the Kalamazoo office of the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., recently presented labor and employment law updates to the Michigan Community College Human Resource Association at its semi-annual meeting in Petoskey. He also conducted a Morning Update in Kalamazoo on the Fair Labor Standards Act and the recently implemented white-collar regulations.
Sherwood is a frequent speaker and author on labor and employment law topics. At Miller Canfield, he is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Group and a member of the editorial board for Miller Canfield's award-winning quarterly newsletter, Hot Points.
