Danielle Mason Anderson Appointed Resident Director of Miller Canfield’s Kalamazoo Office
Miller Canfield lawyer Danielle Mason Anderson, a principal in the Kalamazoo, Mich. office, has been named resident director of the Kalamazoo office, overseeing the overall operations of the office.
Anderson is a member of Miller Canfield’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Group, where she assists clients with all pre- and post-judgment remedies including receiverships, sale of collateral, foreclosures, repossessions, evictions, debt sales and debt restructures.
Her practice has a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and creditors' rights resolution with a concentration on loan enforcements, insolvency, bankruptcy and receiverships. She also represents corporate clients in general litigation involving collection, loans, mortgages and defaults.
Anderson is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, and earned her B.S. from Michigan State University. She resides in Portage.
