During this free seminar, we will attempt to provide some clarity by discussing the recent activity related to Michigan taxes, including, but not limited to:
- The aftermath of the Kmart Michigan Properties case and the impact on owners of disregarded entities
- Michigan Business Tax proposed administrative rules and revenue administrative bulletins
- Common return filing issues with the Michigan Business Tax
- The proposed service tax
- Other recent and proposed legislative changes
