Organizations with ERISA-covered 403(b) plans that have 100 or more eligible participants will be required to file audited financial statements beginning with the 2009 form 5500 filing. Discussions will include legal, regulatory, and compliance effects of these changes on your fiduciary responsibility, and your plan.
