Tongchu (TC) Lee has over 20 years of employment-based immigration experience, working with both a government agency and private law firms. She has held a number of paralegal positions with increasing responsibilities, assisting attorneys in preparing and filing U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications including H-1B, TN, PERM, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications and immigrant visa processing.
