Rebecca Noeske is a staff attorney in Miller Canfield’s Immigration Practice, where she primarily focuses on employment-based immigration matters.
Her experience includes preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for highly skilled individuals, including O-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-1A, and EB-1B categories. She also handles employment-based visas such as L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, and TN, as well as religious worker (R-1) visas, family-based green card applications, and naturalization petitions.
Before joining Miller Canfield, Rebecca worked as an immigration attorney for several notable immigration firms in the Detroit area. She also previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bridget M. McCormack of the Michigan Supreme Court.
