Rachael Bruketta is an accomplished attorney with a focus on energy, environmental, and regulatory law.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Rachael was Associate Legal Counsel at the Illinois Power Agency, where she facilitated competitive procurement events for renewable energy credits from utility-scale solar projects, utility-scale wind projects, and brownfield site photovoltaic projects across Illinois and in neighboring states.

Rachael's background also includes externship and internship roles at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of the Solicitor, respectively, where she conducted legal research, prepared litigation materials, and supported regulatory compliance for energy and environmental matters.
