Matthew Linden is a staff attorney with Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Since 2024, Matthew has been a member of the Product Warranty Litigation team, acting as a national discovery counsel for OEM automotive manufacturers. His experience includes all aspects of written discovery and motion practice in state and federal courts across the nation.

For the previous five years, Matthew was a staff attorney with Miller Canfield's eDiscovery Litigation Technology team, focusing on coordinating and supporting eDiscovery efforts required during complex commercial litigation and governmental investigations, including on matters relating to the automotive, energy, and financial sectors. He also advised clients on eDiscovery issues, including document review strategy, data culling, and eDiscovery project management.
