Hailey Kersey’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. Hailey regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, franchising and licensing matters, shareholder agreements, and other corporate and commercial matters.
Hailey is also a registered trademark agent and assists clients with trademark availability assessments, applications, renewals, and assignments.
