Elizabeth Graper’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. Elizabeth regularly assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and other corporate and commercial matters.
Elizabeth also practices in the area of commercial leasing, frequently assisting both landlord and tenant clients in preparing new leases and assisting them in assigning and amending their existing leases.
