Yanping Wang

Yanping Wang assists clients in establishing a broad range of business relationships in China, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.  She has extensive experience in corporate, customs protection, employment, foreign exchange, intellectual property, and real estate law.
