Timothy D. Sochocki has spent most of his career at Miller Canfield representing hospitals and other health-care providers in obtaining financing for capital assets through the use of tax exempt bonds and representing governmental entities in obtaining capital financing for public low-income housing projects. Although primarily acting as bond counsel in such financings, he has also served as health-care counsel and underwriters counsel on numerous transactions. Tim has also been involved in drafting amendments to numerous state bonding statutes.

Representative Matters
- Health Care Center Financing
Helped a living health care center (independent living, assisted living and nursing care) through two workouts of existing financings. With new financing in place, the client hopes to realize its dreams of completing phase II of the project.
