Megan’s practice focuses on commercial contract and real estate disputes, with particular emphasis on title insurance defense. Her legal prowess extends to a wide range of commercial disputes, including the defense of commercial lenders and the enforcement of loan transactions.

Megan’s practice also encompasses a variety of receivership actions aimed at preserving asset values, winding down operations, completing construction projects, and liquidating property. Her experience represents a diverse clientele, including national, regional, and local lenders in complex acquisition financing and various commercial lending transactions.

Before pivoting to law, Megan served as a Border Service Officer with the Canada Border Service Agency, where she gained substantial experience in Canadian commercial importation and immigration laws.
