Scott Robinson is an associate in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in Windsor, where he maintains a general litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Scott practiced commercial litigation, class actions, and international arbitration at a large international firm, as well as civil litigation and class actions at a leading boutique firm in Toronto.

Scott has appeared on matters before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals, including the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Scott articled as a judicial law clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court. While in law school, he served as the UN Advocacy Intern for Human Rights Watch in New York City, as well as a judicial law clerk for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and for the Superior Court of California. He competed and ranked internationally in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as the Canadian editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal. In 2014, he was selected to attend The Hague Academy of International Law.
