Ryan Warsh is an associate at Miller Canfield whose practice focuses on corporate real estate law specializing in commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and construction transactions. Ryan also represents clients seeking economic development incentives from state and local government authorities. In addition, Ryan has experience in real estate finance, and represents clients in commercial mortgage originations, modifications and construction financing.

Prior to law school, Ryan spent two years in Washington, D.C. as a legislative correspondent to then House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. Ryan has translated her experience negotiating political deals on Capitol Hill to being an effective advocate for her clients in Michigan and across the country.

  • Represented a large corporate client as seller/tenant in $53 million sale-lease back transaction in Los Angeles, CA

Commercial Leases

  • Represented start-up business in lease negotiation for first location for their operations in downtown Detroit

  • Represented Michigan non-profit in negotiation of construction loan from private lender with New Market Tax Credit financing
