Phillip Shane counsels clients involved in litigation and government investigations, especially on issues associated with the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically-stored information (ESI).

His diverse experience includes product liability class actions and regulatory investigations, high-profile financial fraud, patent infringement suits, contract disputes, labor and employment actions, legal malpractice/unauthorized practice cases, antitrust litigation and pre-merger antitrust investigations.
