Kevin P. Schmidt

Kevin Schmidt is experienced in handling transactional real estate matters for a variety of clients. He routinely helps draft and negotiate real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, easements, assignments, leases, licenses, mortgages, promissory notes, memoranda, SNDAs, releases, consents, and other commercial agreements. He also conducts legal research, analysis and due diligence on real estate matters including title, survey, land use and environmental review.

While in law school, Kevin interned with the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas as well as with the Case Western Reserve University Community Development Clinic, where he performed legal services for nonprofit community development organizations.
