Katelyn T. Quimby has broad commercial litigation experience in cases involving commodities trading and regulation, class action claims, antitrust law, white collar defense, securities, contract disputes, fraud, insurance law, and creditors' rights.
She has represented multiple clients in enforcement proceedings brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other state and federal agencies.
Katelyn has also devoted considerable time to pro bono work for civil litigants, including numerous civil rights claims.
During law school, Katelyn was a summer extern for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She was also a member of the Center On Wrongful Convictions in the Blum Legal Clinic.
