John L. Gauthier

John specializes in discovery support and litigation management of labor and employment law matters, as well as product liability matters for a major automobile manufacturer. He also provides support to a major automobile manufacturer in reporting Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability and Documentation (TREAD) matters to the National Highway Traffic Administration. 

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, John was a paralegal for a national insurance company. He has extensive experience with Michigan No-Fault (PIP) insurance claims as well as product and premises liability matters.
