J. Chris Conrad researches bankruptcy filings and various pleadings; drafts motions, orders, proofs of claim and judgments; and processes fee applications. He provides lawyer and client support on open matters, calls to courts and trustees, research of jurisdictional issues, and all types of bankruptcy litigation matters.
His experience as a broker and a paralegal has enabled the Miller Canfield litigation team to readily identify issues and investments of all types that arise in security litigation.
