We're excited to share that our team is growing! Ed Rice and Marina Saito have joined our intellectual property team in Chicago, while Chris Gartman, Brittni King and Tom Soehl have been added to our Grand Rapids office.

Here's a quick introduction to our newest colleagues.

-Ed Rice focuses on patent disputes and has successfully represented clients on trademark and copyright matters. With more than 30 years of experience, he has analyzed and explained technologies ranging from integrated circuits to pharmaceuticals and from internet business methods to anti-missile systems.

-Marina Saito has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, particularly in litigation. Her master's degree in electrical engineering and bachelor's degrees in computer science and biology have enabled her to analyze life science technologies, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

-Chris Gartman has particular experience in the craft brewing industry and joins the firm from The Five Points Brewing Company in Hackney, London, where he was the assistant head brewer and quality manager while maintaining his legal practice serving clients in general commercial and alcoholic beverage legal matters.

-Brittni King, who joins us from Chicago, is an experienced litigation attorney with background in commercial, personal injury and employment law. She regularly represents clients in all phases of the litigation process, including regular court appearances and court-mandated non-binding arbitrations.

-And Tom Soehl, who joins us from Pittsburgh, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, intellectual property and insurance coverage.

Welcome to all! Interested in joining them?
