Yun F. Pearson

Yun Pearson has over 12 years of immigration law experience working with U.S. and multinational corporations across a wide range of industry sectors. Specifically, Yun prepares and files employment-based petitions with the USCIS, DOL, DOS, CBP and ICE for H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, J-1, E-2/3, O-1A/B, PERM, and I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), as well as AOS.

Yun utilizes strong research, language, interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently and proactively manage her cases. To best serve clients and support her team, she monitors evolving laws and regulatory guidance to stay abreast of the rapidly changing immigration landscape.

Key responsibilities include:
• Case intake, scheduling, troubleshooting and strategy development
• Communication liaison with clients on case status, process and procedures
• Managing high-volume caseload for clients, while constantly prioritizing and optimizing processes within cost-effective goals

Prior to her immigration law career, Yun gained over 8 years of valuable experience in consulting, human resources and corporate communications working with multinational corporations with global operations.
