L. Steven Platt is one of the Midwest's most experienced and trusted labor and employment attorneys. His job is to solve the labor and employment problems that keep his clients up at night and threaten the very existence of their businesses.

Steven is experienced in defending all types of labor and employment litigation, including class action wage and hour litigation and non-compete claims. He routinely provides labor advice and conducts collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations, and has defended employers before the National Labor Relations board and in federal court. He also counsels employers on employment agreements and mandatory arbitration agreements.

Steven is a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is rated "preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell in peer review and client review.
